To release your full Building Signal Check™ report, we require email verification. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide; you must click the verification link in that email before we deliver the full report. This protects against fraudulent submissions, ensures the report reaches the intended recipient, and creates a legal consent record under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).
For verification purposes we log: the submission timestamp, your IP address at submission, the email address provided, the verification timestamp (when you click the link), and the IP address at verification. These records are retained per Section 4. If you do not click the verification link within 24 hours, your submission is automatically deleted and no further communication is sent.
We retain submission records, including identity attestations and IP logs, for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of submission, to support fraud prevention, legal compliance, and AHJ audit trail purposes. Marketing contact information may be retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.

No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
The Services are intended for use by adults in a commercial / professional context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact [email protected] for prompt deletion.
Residents of certain states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Texas) have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any such rights, contact [email protected].
The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for users in the State of Texas. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
