Zion Fire Protection, LLC ("Zion," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through the Building Signal Check tool and related Services, how we use it, and your choices.

3a. Email Verification (Double Opt-In)

To release your full Building Signal Check™ report, we require email verification. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide; you must click the verification link in that email before we deliver the full report. This protects against fraudulent submissions, ensures the report reaches the intended recipient, and creates a legal consent record under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).

For verification purposes we log: the submission timestamp, your IP address at submission, the email address provided, the verification timestamp (when you click the link), and the IP address at verification. These records are retained per Section 4. If you do not click the verification link within 24 hours, your submission is automatically deleted and no further communication is sent.

We retain submission records, including identity attestations and IP logs, for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of submission, to support fraud prevention, legal compliance, and AHJ audit trail purposes. Marketing contact information may be retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
